HOW CAN I REQUEST ARETURN OR EXCHANGE?
Underwear is the intimate wearing, therefore weonly accept the exchange reason for Product Faulty.
As long as the item or items are inoriginal condition (unworn, unwashed & not stained), simply send them backto us by post, and we will exchange your item(s).

Highest qualityis also the pride of eXPONENT.. However, if for any reason you find a faultwith one of our products we would like to help you resolve the problem. In allinstances where a product may be faulty, please contact Customer Service at admin@exponentshop.com, quoting your order number, yourname and address, details of the product and photos of the issue. We will thenadvise and assist with the replacement process.
